The revolving device of a toy bullet launcher consists of a guiding member and a launching system. The guiding member is mounted on the toy bullet launcher. The launching system can be driven to move relative to the guiding member along the front-back direction and includes a first air pipe, a revolving sleeve that can be sleeved on the first air pipe in a rotatable manner, a track set that is mounted on the outer side of the revolving sleeve and can be pushed by the guiding member, a rear shell body that surrounds the track set, and several second air pipes that are backwards extended from the rear shell body to respectively correspond to the toy bullets. The revolving sleeve has a guiding hole that is backwards opened and frontwards communicates with the first air pipe. The position of each second air pipe corresponds to the guiding hole such that when the revolving sleeve rotates, the guiding hole can sequentially communicate with the second air pipes to fire the corresponding toy bullet.
