Summary:The present invention relates to a reactive hot melt adhesive composition and the use thereof. In particular, the present invention provides an adhesive composition having (A) at least one reactive polyurethane prepolymer obtained by reacting a reactant mixture comprising (a) at least one polyol, and (b) at least one polyisocyanate having at least two isocyanate groups in one molecule; (B) at least one vinyl acetate homopolymer having a weight average molecular weight (Mw) of 15,000 to less than 100,000 g/mol and present in an amount of less than 70% by weight based on the total weight of the adhesive composition.
