Summary:A terminal crimping die having a clamping structure for crimping terminals on a material strip is provided and the terminal crimping die has a die base, a feeding structure and a clamping structure. The die base has an inputting side and an outputting side according to a conveying direction of the material strip. The feeding structure arranged on the inputting side has a pressing plate for pressing the material strip. The clamping structure arranged on the outputting side has: a driving unit, a first clamper and a second clamper, the driving unit can selectively drive the first and second clamping to close to or separate from each other, and the feeding strip passes between the first and second clamper separated from each other. The driving unit can drive the first and second clamper to close to each other so as to clamp and fix the material strip on the die base. Therefore, the terminals on the material strip can be effectively used to improve a utilization of the terminals, so as to avoid waste of resources
