Summary:A connector assembly comprises a guide shielding cover, a side cover plate, and a light guiding member. The guide shielding cover has a top wall and a side wall, and the side cover plate is assembled on the side wall. The side cover plate has a first mounting portion, and a fifth mounting portion located below the first mounting portion. The light guiding member is located outside the side wall. The light guiding member has a second mounting portion that is matched and assembled with the first mounting portion, and a sixth mounting portion that is matched and assembled with the fifth mounting portion. The connector assembly according to the present invention additionally provides a structure for assembling the light guiding member through the side cover plate that is assembled on the side wall of the guide shielding cover.
