Summary:A foldable display stand structure comprises a first frame body, a second frame body, a rear frame body, a base seat on which the first and second frame bodies are disposed and at least one laminate board set. Each frame body includes two supporting rods and the at least one laminate board set is disposed between the two supporting rods of the first and second frame bodies. The position of the laminate board set at the supporting rods and the orientation of the laminate board set are adjustable, so as to fix the laminate board set at a desired height and turn the laminate board set to a desired inclined angle. The rear frame body is pivotally connected to the first frame body and the base seat and is detachable from the base seat so as to adjust the inclination of the first and second frame bodies. By means of the rear frame body, the base set is turned in relative to the first frame body into a folded state of a deployed state.
