A potential customer relationship marketing system includes a potential customer relationship marketing analysis server, a potential customer database server, and a transaction channel server. The potential customer database server is connected to the potential customer relationship marketing analysis server, and the transaction channel server is connected to the potential customer database server to obtain customer transaction data processed by the transaction channel server and send the same to the potential customer database server. The potential customer relationship marketing analysis server retrieves and analyzes the customer transaction data to form a customer transaction data set, and save the customer transaction data set back to the potential customer database server. In addition, a potential customer relationship marketing method is also disclosed herein.
