A method for preparing a microorganism-embedded biochar is provided. The method includes the following steps: providing an agricultural waste; crushing the agricultural waste; heating the agricultural waste at a temperature range from 300 DEG C to 900 DEG C for carbonization to form a biochar including a plurality of pores; crushing and screeing the biochar; mixing the screened biochar with a liquid medium, and sterilizing a mixture of the biochar and liquid medium at a high temperatue; and diluting a pre-cultured microorganism and adding it to the mixture of the biochar and the liquid medium for cultivation, so that the microorganism grows inside the pores of the biochar to form a microorganism-embedded biochar.
