A display apparatus includes a circuit substrate, a plurality of light-emitting elements, at least one light-reflecting bank, a first polarization layer, a second polarization layer and a light conversion layer. The light-reflecting bank is disposed on the circuit substrate and defines a plurality of accommodating spaces together with the circuit substrate. The plurality of light-emitting elements are respectively disposed in one of the accommodating spaces. The first polarizing layer has a first polarizing axis and is disposed in the accommodating spaces and between the circuit substrate and the top surface of the light-reflecting bank. The second polarizing layer has a second polarizing axis perpendicular to the first polarizing axis, and is disposed above the first polarizing layer. The light conversion layer is disposed between the first polarizing layer and the second polarizing layer.
