An access control equipment with disinfection including two gateway devices, a conveying module, at least one disinfection module, and a control module is provided. The two gateway devices are spaced with each other and a travel space is formed between the two gateway devices. The conveying module is disposed between the two gateway devices and is adapted to transport a target towards a traveling direction. The at least one disinfection module is disposed in the conveying module. The control module is disposed at the two cabinets and coupled to the conveying module and the at least one disinfection module. The control module is configured to control the two gateway devices to be opened or closed and actuate the conveying module and the at least one disinfection module. The control module is adapted to receive a sensing signal, so that the two gateway devices are opened, the conveying module transports the target towards the traveling direction, and an ultraviolet light is produced by the at least one disinfec
