The electrolyte film component includes one separator and at least one electrolyte film. The electrolyte film component is disposed between the positive electrode and the negative electrode. The electrolyte film is composed of sulfolane and/or propylene carbonate, and lithium salt material, solid polymer material and fire-retardant additives.
