The interior of the laminated part is hollow and is connect to the interior of the base part, the laminated part can be compressed towards the base part by force; a sliding seat, one side of which extends with an abutment part, and the sliding seat is movably mounted on the outer bottom of the base part on the bottom surface, the abutment portion is used to open and close the outlet.
