The present invention is a method for evaluating the temperature distribution of a heat exchange tube, which includes the following steps: dividing the heat exchange tube into multiple tube sections according to different thermal conductivity of the heat exchange tube, calculating a first tail side estimated evaluation value group of each pipe section according to a first evaluation unit, calculating a second tail side estimated evaluation value group of each pipe section according to a second evaluation unit, calculating a estimated outside temperature of each pipe section from the first tail side estimated evaluation value group and the second tail side estimated evaluation value group, using each first tail side estimated evaluation value group as the head side estimated evaluation value group of the first evaluation unit of the next pipe section, and each second tail side estimated evaluation value group as the head side estimated evaluation value group of the second evaluation unit by the next pipe secti
