The invention relates to the technical field of a corrosion foil manufacturing process, and discloses a preparation method of a corrosion aluminum foil with high hole length consistency, which comprises the following steps: 1) putting the aluminum foil in a novel pretreatment solution, and applying a short-time large direct current for pretreatment to generate a corrosion starting point; 2) carrying out hole-forming corrosion in a primary corrosive liquid; 3) performing reaming corrosion in a secondary corrosive liquid; and 4) obtaining the corroded aluminum foil after heat treatment. The novel pretreatment liquid is mainly a mixed aqueous solution of mixed acid and glucose, the distribution condition of a corrosion starting point is easy to master, and the corrosion starting point is controlled by controlling the corresponding concentration and temperature of the novel pretreatment liquid in the pretreatment process.
