The present invention provides a laminated sheet processing method capable of easily separating, at low cost, a base material constituting a laminated sheet for a plurality of types of adhesive tape, mold-release films, antistatic films, etc., and a functional layer such as an adhesive layer, mold-release layer, or antistatic layer. In addition, the present invention provides a laminated sheet processing device used in such a laminated sheet processing method. A laminated sheet processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention is a processing method for a laminated sheet that includes a base material layer and a functional layer, the method including a step (I) for applying a separation liquid to the surface of the functional layer.
