Summary:A fingerprint identification module includes a flexible board and a fingerprint identification circuit arranged on the flexible board. The fingerprint identification circuit has a fingerprint identification chip, a discrete element circuit and a motherboard connection interface. The present invention is characterized in that the flexible board has a first carrying area for carrying the fingerprint identification chip, a second carrying area for carrying the discrete element circuit and a third carrying area for arranging the motherboard connection interface, wherein the first carrying area communicates with the second carrying area and the third carrying area respectively by two different side areas, and the first carrying area has a ring-shaped electrostatic discharge (ESD) exposed copper area surrounding the fingerprint identification chip.
