Summary: | To provide a microparticle capsule formulation for external use which have stable permeability to the skin as a percutaneous absorption type formulation or a skin formulation for external use while directly and efficiently transferring an encapsulated ingredient to the permeated skin, and can reliably release the encapsulated active ingredient in the skin. Provided is a topical microparticle capsule preparation, comprising a microparticle capsule preparation that encapsulates an active ingredient within an amphipathic capsule membrane of emulsified particles. The amphipathic capsule membrane is formed from an amphipathic constituent that contains an isostearyl ascorbyl phosphate ester represented by the following chemical formula, or a metal salt thereof, and can be decomposed by phosphatase, hich is an enzyme that is widely distributed in the skin or the like. In the chemical formula, M represents a hydrogen atom or a monovalent metal ion. |
