Summary:A cyclic olefin based resin composition comprising: a cyclic olefin based polymer (A); a diester compound (B) of triglycerol and fatty acid; and a monoester compound (C) of diglycerol and fatty acid or a monoester compound (C) of glycerol and fatty acid, having a molecular weight of 70% or less of the compound (B), wherein a total amount of the compound (B) and the compound (C) is 0.10 parts by mass or more and 3 parts by mass or less with respect to 100 parts by mass of the polymer (A).
