The invention provides a nasogastric tube connector device for respirator mask, which is suitable for being mounted to a respirator mask and provided for penetration of a nasogastric tube, and includes a base body, a first plug body and a second plug body. The base body includes a ring base detachably plugged into a through hole of the respirator mask, and a fixing block connected to an inner peripheral surface of the ring base. The fixing block has a first concave arc surface and two side abutting surfaces respectively extended from two opposite sides of the first concave arc surface to the inner peripheral surface, wherein an opening is defined by the side abutting surfaces, the first concave arc surface and the inner peripheral surface of the ring base.
