Summary:The present disclosure relates to drug conjugates of glucocorticoid receptor agonists and their use in medicine. Specifically, the present disclosure relates to an antibody-drug conjugate represented by formula (I): Ab-(L-D)k(I), wherein Ab is an antibody or an antigen-binding fragment thereof, and L is a linker that covalently attaches Ab to D, k is 1 to 20, and D is represented by the following formula (II-A) or (II-B): wherein each group in the above formula is as defined in the specification. The antibody-drug conjugates can effectively treat immune diseases.
