It relates to a heater unit of a heat treatment oven, which may include: a sleeve, which is installed at one end of an upper plate and a lower plate for guiding the heating wires to be exposed to the outside, the upper plate and the lower plate are combined on the upper side and the lower side respectively in a sandwich structure with a heating element interposed therebetween; sleeve fixing blocks, which are located on the upper side and the lower side of the sleeve, and are installed at one end respectively to improve the sealing degree between the upper plate and the lower plate, thereby suppressing the generation of particles due to the friction between the upper plate and the lower plate; and a cooling means installed on the heater unit and enabling the cooling fluid on the external side to flow.
