Summary:The present invention provides an adhesive film which is excellent in adhesion of a printing layer. An adhesive film 10 has a base material 11 and an adhesive layer 12 laminated on one surface of the base material 11. The base material 11 is formed of a polyurethane resin containing a silane coupling agent. A printing layer 15 can be formed on a surface opposite to the adhesive layer 12 of the base material 11. An adherend 20 can be bonded onto a surface opposite to the base material 11 of the adhesive layer 12.
