The present invention provides an adhesive film that is excellent in following properties on a three-dimensional curved surface. The adhesive film (10) comprises a substrate (11) and an adhesive layer (12) laminated on one side of the substrate (11). The substrate (11) is composed of polyurethane resin crosslinked with a crosslinking agent. The 50% stress of the laminate formed with the substrate (11) and the adhesive layer (12) is 10 MPa to 29 MPa, the breaking stress is 30 MPa to 69 MPa, and the breaking elongation is 200% to 350%. The initial adhesion force measured immediately after the adhesive film (10) is bonded to the glass of the adherend (20) is 2N/25mm or less.
