Summary:The present invention discloses a reducer, which includes a fixed frame, a drive assembly, a first ring member, a second ring member, an elastic ring member, two output members, and a plurality of fixed pin assemblies. The first ring member includes a plurality of first external gear structures. The second ring member includes a plurality of second external gear structures. The elastic ring member includes a plurality of internal gear structures. The plurality of internal gear structures are used for meshing with the plurality of first external gear structures. The plurality of internal gear structures are used for meshing with the plurality of second external gear structures. The drive assembly can drive the first ring member and the second ring member relative to the fixed frame to rotate, and the first ring member and the second ring member can drive the two output members to rotate through a plurality of fixed pin assemblies.
