Summary:To provide a flooring material on which it is easy to walk as it is highly stable for walking, and is capable of exhibiting high impact-absorbing capability when one falls thereon. The present invention provides an impact-absorbing flooring material that reduces the impact associated with a fall of a user, and that is characterized by comprising a structural layer having a plurality of impact-absorbing structures that are in the shape of a pyramidal frustum and that have recesses in edges, in the pyramidal frustum, not generally horizontal with respect to the ground.
