The first solution and the second solution are mixed to form a first mixture. The first mixture flows through a first micro reactor so as to become a second mixture. The first micro reactor has a first temperature TA. The first temperature TA is -78 DEG C to 10 DEG C. The second mixture flows through a second micro reactor so as to become a third mixture. The third mixture includes the alcohol compound. The second micro reactor has a second temperature TB. TB-TA=10 DEG C~130 DEG C. A fluid in the second micro reactor has a temperature variation efficiency being higher than 40 DEG C/min.
