Summary:A method and device for frailty detection with image privacy is provided. The method includes: receiving a first image including a human image; generating a human skeleton corresponding to the human image, wherein the human skeleton is composed of a plurality of skeleton points, and the skeleton points include a plurality of upper limb skeleton points and a plurality of lower limb skeleton points; superimposing the human skeleton into a background image to generate a second image with privacy; obtaining an activity level according to first position change information of the lower limb skeleton points in the second image; obtaining an assistive device type according to second position change information of the skeleton points in the second image; and obtaining a comprehensive frailty level rating of the human image according to the activity level and the assistive device type.
