The environmental sensing device is configured to sense the environment and generate multiple environmental sensing values. The data converter is configured to generate features according to the environmental sensing values, to store the environmental sensing values and the features into a storage media, and to form a data snapshot, a data matrix composed by the environmental sensing values and features, as an input data for prediction.
