Summary:The invention relates to a vegetable and fruit fresh-keeping sheet, which comprises a base layer and an ethylene absorption layer. The ethylene absorption layer is arranged on the top surface of the base layer. Thereby, the invention is directly placed around the fruits and vegetables when in use, so that the ethylene absorption layer directly absorbs the gas (such as ethylene) that will stimulate the ripening of the fruits and vegetables, so that the aging speed of the fruits and vegetables can be slowed down, thereby increasing the freshness maintenance rate of the fruits and vegetables.
