Plate includes mounting hole and a surface defining mounting hole. Plate is configured to be fixed to casing of electronic device. Damping component is disposed in mounting hole and includes opening. Fastener is disposed through opening of damping component. A side of fastener is configured to be fixed to base and damping component is clamped by another side of fastener and base so as to be compressed. Spacer is disposed through opening and located between surface of plate and damping component. Hardness of spacer is larger than hardness of damping component.
