The present invention provides a control system and a control method, wherein the control system includes a mobile terminal device and a server. The control method includes: scanning a first 2D barcode to connect the server by the mobile terminal device; providing a data sheet to the mobile terminal device by the server; simultaneously transmitting a filled data sheet and sending a call request to the server by the mobile terminal device, wherein the filled data sheet includes a filled phone number; rejecting the call request and recording a mobile representative number of the mobile terminal device sending the call request by the server; storing the filled data sheet and comparing whether the mobile representative number matches with the filled phone number by the server; and when the server confirms that the mobile representative number and the filled phone number are the same, sending a second 2D barcode to the mobile terminal device by the server.
