A method, device and system of ultra-wideband (UWB) localization are provided. The method of UWB localization includes determining whether a plurality of UWB hardware measurement errors are calibrated; determining whether a plurality of anchor coordinates of a plurality of anchors are automatically measured when the plurality of UWB hardware measurement errors are calibrated; obtaining a plurality of measured distances between a tag and the plurality of anchors and deducting the plurality of UWB hardware measurement errors from the plurality of measured distances when the plurality of anchor coordinates are automatically measured; and computing a tag coordinate of the tag according to the plurality of measured distances from which the plurality of UWB hardware measurement errors are deducted.
