Summary:An embodiment of the present invention provides a wheel test device comprising: a rail wheel support which rotatably supports a rail wheel; a wheel support which rotatably supports a test wheel in a state where the test wheel is in contact with the rail wheel; a first electric motor which rotates the rail wheel and the test wheel; and a torque generation device which generates torque to be imparted to the test wheel, wherein the torque generation device comprises a rotary frame which is driven to rotate by a rotary drive device and a second electric motor which is attached to the rotary frame, and at least one of the rail wheel and the test wheel is connected to the first electric motor with the torque generation device therebetween.
