Summary:It is an object to provide a wrapping material able to be removed from an article with less force. A wrapping material includes a body sheet and a tear strip attached to the sheet body so as to have one direction oriented in a longitudinal direction of the tear strip. The tear strip has a width of 10 to 25 mm. With two imaginary lines set to be positioned inward and adjacent to both edges in a width direction of the tear strip and extending in the longitudinal direction of the tear strip, the two imaginary lines and the both edges in the width direction of the tear strip define end regions, in which both the end regions are at least partly attached to the body sheet along the longitudinal direction of the tear strip.
