A contract signature identification device is used for identifying a signature corresponding to a contract image of a target signatory. The device comprises a storing unit storing a plurality of signature images and the contract image respectively corresponding to the plurality of signatories, and a processing unit utilizing a signature capture model for capturing the signature area of the image to obtain a signature captured image according to the contract image. A similarity value is obtained according to the signature captured image and a target signature image corresponding to the target signatory in the signature images and using a similarity model for retrieving the features of two pages and calculating similarity. A classified result is obtained based on the signature captured image, the target signature image, and the similarity value and using a signature classification model for classifying the authenticity of the signatures. The classified result includes a probability indicating the signature is a
