The present disclosure relates to a shift register with a plurality of shift register units connected in cascade. Each shift register unit corresponds to two scan line. The shift register unit includes a setting unit, a reset unit, a first output unit, and a second output unit. The setting unit sets the current stage shift register unit based on a signal of a second output terminal of a pervious stage shift register unit. The reset unit reset the current stage shift register unit based on a signal of a first output terminal of a following stage shifter register unit. The first output unit controls the first output terminal of the current stage shift register to output a scan signal to one of the connected scan lines when a clock signal of a first clock signal is effective. The second output unit controls the second output terminal of the current stage shift register to output the scan signal to another of the connected scan lines when a clock signal of a second clock signal is effective.
