Summary:The present invention relates to a visible-light-image physiological monitoring system with thermal detecting assistance. Multiple visible-light-images and thermal images of a body to be detected are obtained at the same time. A processing unit determine a feature part in each visible-light-image and coordinate position thereof. In a learning mode, an initial temperature of the body to be detected is obtained from the thermal images according to the coordinate location of the feature part. Then a physiological status monitoring mode is executed to continuously monitor temperature changes of the feature part of the body to be detected and output an alarm when an abnormal status is further determined. Therefore, the present invention accurately monitors the temperature changes for a specific body part and specifically outputs the alarm.
