A parallax barrier shutter panel (20) comprises a first transparent substrate (21) and a second transparent substrate (22) positioned facing each other. The first transparent substrate (21) comprises, on the surface thereof on the side facing the second transparent substrate (22), lower-layer metal wiring (71), an interlayer insulation film (61) formed on the lower-layer metal wiring (71), and connection wiring (74) formed on the interlayer insulation film (61). The lower-layer metal wiring (71) and the connection wiring (74) are connected through a contact hole (73) formed in the interlayer insulation film (61). The second transparent substrate (22) comprises, on the surface thereof on the side facing the first transparent substrate (21), a column spacer (27) positioned so as to be superposed on the contact hole (73) in plan view.
