Provided are a liquid crystal composition having negative dielectric anisotropy, as well as a liquid crystal display element and a liquid crystal display device containing said liquid crystal composition, in the field of liquid crystal displays. The liquid crystal composition includes a chemical compound as shown in formula I, a chemical compound as shown in formula II, two or more chemical compounds as described by formula III and one or more chemical compounds as described by formula IV; the liquid crystal composition has large dielectric anisotropy, a high elastic constant K and low rotational viscosity, and may be used for development of large-dielectric, rapid-response liquid crystal display elements or liquid crystal display devices.
