Optical measuring method and process device which can measure a photometric amount of the sample in a wavelength range in which there is no national standard traceable standard bulb to which physical quantities other than spectral irradiance are valued

An optical measuring method comprises steps of: obtaining a first inspection result of a first standard bulb where a spectral irradiance is assigned to a first wavelength range, acquiring a second inspection result of the second standard bulb where the spectral irradiance is specified for a second w...

Summary:An optical measuring method comprises steps of: obtaining a first inspection result of a first standard bulb where a spectral irradiance is assigned to a first wavelength range, acquiring a second inspection result of the second standard bulb where the spectral irradiance is specified for a second wavelength range overlapping with at least one portion of a wavelength range in the first wavelength range; calculating a correction value of the calibration coefficient for a wavelength range in which the first wavelength range and the second wavelength range overlap, deciding a third calibration coefficient according to the at least a first calibration coefficient and the correction value; obtaining a third inspection result of a third standard bulb, and applying a photometric quantity to the third standard bulb based upon the third inspection result and the third calibration coefficient.
