Summary: | Provided is a solar cell module including a substrate and a cell unit. The cell unit includes a plurality of solar cells formed on the substrate and connected in series, and each of the solar cells is a thin film solar cell and includes a first electrode, an absorption layer, a buffer layer and a second electrode which are stacked. The solar cells are arranged in an extension direction, and the width of each of the solar cells in the extension direction is 3 mm to 6 mm. The energy gap of the absorption layer is 1.0 eV to 1.2 eV, and the sheet resistance of the second electrode is 5 to 20 ohm/. By using the solar cell module, product specifications and electrical performances required by various different customers may be met, so that an overall efficient presentation result of the cell module is achieved, and furthermore, the product competitiveness and application breadth of the cell module are improved. |
