Summary:A virtual reality underwater training device includes a sensing unit, a display device, and a processing unit. The sensing unit is wearable on a part of human body for detecting a motion track and a moving velocity of the part of human body and then generating a detected signal. The display device is configured to receive a virtual reality display signal and then display an image based on the display signal. The processing unit includes a database for storing data records which present a correct range of values that can be detected by the sensing unit when a correct movement is performed by the part of human body. The processing unit receives the detected signal and then compares detected values presented by the detected signal with the correct values presented by the data records to generate a result value.
