Summary:A motor driven mechanic of seat rail having a front frame, a rear frame, a gear assembly, a screw rod and a buffering element is provided. The front frame and the rear frame are fixed on an outer rail of the seat rail and arranged far from each other. The screw rod is arranged across between the front frame and the rear frame. The gear assembly is driven by a driving device is foxed on an inner rail of the seat rail and geared with the screw rod. The buffering element is arranged on the rear frame to be a buffer between the rear frame and the gear assembly. Thereby, noises caused by a collision between the gear assembly and the rear frame is prevented.
