A display panel includes a first substrate with a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface, and the first surface has a display region and a peripheral region outside of the display region; an active device layer disposed on the first surface; a plurality of metal pads disposed on the first surface and in the peripheral region; a driving circuit board disposed in a driving circuit region on the second surface; and a plurality of connecting structures respectively disposed on the metal pads.
