Summary:A fixture for bonding includes a base, a cavity wall fixed to the base, and a receiving cavity surrounded by the cavity wall and the base. The cavity wall includes an inner surface, an outer surface opposite to the inner surface, and an end surface away from the base. The end surface is formed with a plurality of protrusions and a plurality of recesses connecting the protrusions and being recessed toward the base. Each recess penetrates the inner surface and the outer surface. A method for bonding using the fixture is also provided. The fixture and the method for bonding can avoid a phenomenon of center wrap after bonding.
