Summary: | An object of the present invention is to provide a technology for efficiently supplying electrons from an auxiliary electrode to a cathode via an electron transport layer and an electron injection layer. The solution of the present invention is an organic EL panel which includes a plurality of organic EL elements. The organic EL elements are arranged in a matrix, and each organic EL element has an anode, a light emitting layer, an electron transport layer, an electron injection layer, and a cathode in sequence. The electron transport layer, the electron injection layer, and the cathode are continuously formed throughout the plurality of organic EL elements.
