Summary: | A manufacturing method of a collector base is prepared by subjecting a PI (Polyimide) membrane to a through-hole operation and a sintering operation to form an artificial graphite sheet with meshes spread thereon, and then using atmospheric plasma to perform surface modification on the artificial graphite sheet to form a collector base with a hydrophilic surface, so that when used as the collector of the battery electrode, it can react with the electrolyte. Therefore, the artificial graphite has excellent characteristics of high electrical conductivity, and low thermal expansion to replace metal collector in the traditional battery, and greatly improve battery performance. |
