Summary:An adaptive sport posture sensing system has a sensing device, a sensing signal acquiring unit and a sport posture processing unit. In the determination mode, the sport posture processing unit selects corresponding one among established multiple sport posture reference data according to a sport name, a wearing position and a user body information, the sensing signal acquiring unit acquiring obtains at least one first sensing signal sensed by the sensing device, and the sport posture processing unit compares a sport posture data generated based upon the at least first sensing signal to the selected sport posture reference data, so as to determine whether a sport posture of the user is correct or not.
