An electronic signature device is applicable to use by a user and comprises a touch input unit, an image photographing unit, a displaying unit, and a processing unit. When the processing unit receives, through the touch input unit, a signature request related to at least one signature column of an electronic document, the processing unit displays, through the displaying unit, a signature page to be signed by the user. The processing unit receives a signature corresponding to the signature page through the touch input unit. When the processing unit receives, through the touch input unit, a photographing instruction, the processing unit controls the image photographing unit to generate a picture corresponding to the user. The processing unit adds the signature to the electronic document by filling the signature in the at least one signature column and also adds the picture in the electronic document.
