Summary: | The present invention discloses an intelligent exercise aid for training a user's muscle group. The muscle group corresponds to a first muscle and a second muscle, wherein the first muscle and the second muscle are interlinked to each other. The intelligent exercise aid includes a first sensing unit, a second sensing unit and a processing unit. The first sensing unit is configured to sense a first muscle electronic signal of the first muscle. The second sensing unit is configured to sense a second muscle electronic signal of the second muscle. The processing unit is configured to receive the first muscle electronic signal and the second muscle electronic signal and to analyze the first muscle electronic signal and the second muscle electronic signal. The processing unit is configured to compute whether a ratio difference between the first muscle electronic signal and the second muscle electronic signal is within a standard deviation range or a non-standard deviation range, in order to output a control signal |
