A system of predicting fruit preference for consumer is disclosed and comprises a data processing device, a light sensor and a terminal device. The light sensor collects a hyperspectral data of a sample fruit, and then a consumer tastes the sample fruit, and the consumer can scores it and transmits the score result to the data processing device, thereby to execute the neural network learning, and generate an indicator information of the quality and taste of the fruit according the neural network learning result. When the light sensor gets a hyperspectral data of a tested fruit, and transmits it to the data processing device, the data processing device predicts the preference of the tested fruit according to the hyperspectral data of the tested fruit and the indicator information of the quality and taste of the sample fruit, thereby to output a predicting score of the tested fruit.
